Former Sporting manager Carlos Carvalhal has hailed Manchester United target Bruno Fernandes as ‘a player from another planet’.
Saying he was the best player in the country by miles, Carvalhal, who currently manages Rio Ave in Portugal, said United would be getting a similar sort of player to Frank Lampard.

Carvalhal went on to highlight Fernandes’s scoring record after he notched up 20 league goals last season and eight so far this campaign.
The former Swansea coach said the 25-year-old is not a forward and plays best as a number eight, but remains a goal threat from midfield.
